Our Maintenance Team
Our engineers are passionate about providing you with an unrivalled service. Each of our maintenance team work in full accordance to all relevant legislation, British standards and codes of practice. This not only allows us to provide you with a high level of service, but ensures that all work carried out is that of suitable standards.
All our engineers are qualified to carry out the maintenance inspections. As well as this, our team holds all appropriate levels of qualification and experience to provide servicing, repair and replacement work for all security alarms.
How we work
Included in our first visit to the property, our engineers provide a survey of the existing systems in place. From here we can indentify your alarms and produce a structure to which we will work to on future visits. Each alarm can be different so this is a vital part of the first visit.
Once each alarm is identified, our maintenance service compiles a list of guidlines our engineers work to. Our engineers are trained to periodically inspect, test, check, clean, adjust and lubricate the alarm systems to relevant British Standards and Manufactures recommendations, as well as local police policy.
All procedures put in place are within guidelines to prolong life and maintain the optimum performance of the system in place.
Repair and Replacement
In the unfortunate case that one, or many, of your alarm systems need to have minor or major repairs to ensure correct and safe performance, we will contact you and help to work out a solution.
If a system needs a repair, our engineers are instructed to report all cases to the site's representative where it can be discussed further. In minor cases, work can be carried out as part of the service and any cost of parts can be discussed before work is started.
In cases of major work needed, our engineers will again, report to the site's representative to advise and discuss options to fix the system. Work will be then carried out on a later date and parts needed are to be confirmed prior to ordering.
