How we work

All our maintenance engineers start with an initial visit to prepare and survey the alarm systems in place. This not only allows us to understand the exisiting systems in place, but also helps us identify any other aspects of security which may intervene in our maintenance.

Our engineers then periodically inspect, test, check, clean, adjust and lubricate all your alarms in accordance with the BS recommendations. As all systems are different depending on size, age, model and features, each alarm may vary in time to taken to maintain the alarm.

Repair or Replacement

If one of our engineers finds it necessary to carry out a repair or replacement on any of your alarm systems, this will be carried out in course of and carried out as part of the service. The costs for these are to be agreed with the site prior to works being carried out.

If we feel one of your systems is not operating in a safe or appropriate manner, our engineer will then contact the site's representative to advise and discuss options to fix the said system.

Minor repairs may be available to be carried out immediately, although major works are to be scheduled for a later date and parts needed are to be confirmed with the site's representative prior to ordering.
